Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We are not able to ship to international addresses at this time, and orders with a non-U.S. shipping address cannot be completed at checkout.

Processing times

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, promotions, or times of unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping and delivery times

After processing, delivery typically takes 10–15 days, depending on your location and where the product ships from.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 11–18 days, including processing. During busy periods, delivery may take up to approximately 20 days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. The available delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking to become active after shipment.

Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
